THE REFLECTION LIBRARY
Please see our Library Mission statement and our Policy of Collection HERE.
Everyone is welcome at Reflections Islamic Library. Whether you’re looking to borrow material or use the space to study, meet friends, or simply have questions, our student volunteers will gladly assist you during opening hours. MSA library is a student-run library that offers a variety of printed and digital material on Islam and the Muslim world. Our collection contains both canonical Islamic texts and secular academic material, and ranges from general interest volumes to advanced texts of Islamic scholarship. Our primary collection is English, but we also carry a substantial selection of French and Arabic material.
The library was founded on Concordia University campus in 2002, through a CCSL project grant. Our collection grew over the years, and so did our membership. Today, the Islamic Library is managed by the MSA and offers its users a balance of professional circulation practices and a warm, informal atmosphere. If you wish to search for a specific item, visit the library or use our Online Database.

Most of our volunteers are students, and we do our best to provide a consistent circulation service. However, if you are coming from far, consider calling the library to ensure it will be open. Books can always be inserted in the mail slot at the front door3
